The Center for Torture Accountability is a project of the Washington Peace Center. As an act of full disclosure: Evil Empire's lead vocalist, my friend Ted, is the founder and current director of the Center for Torture Accountability. The website will be a research tool, an online database of perpetrators of crimes against a humanity.
