Wow, I just found out about this exhibit at the US Botanic Gardens and thought it may be of interest to other chocolate lovers out there!

"The New Age of Chocolate"
On view now - November 15th
Open daily 10:00am - 5:00pm

Scientific research is revealing new information about chocolate, including health benefits, genetic variation, disease susceptibility, determinants of flavor, and factors that promote sustainable harvest of this rainforest crop. If you feel like you need a "consumers guide" to chocolate, be sure not to miss the ongoing exhibit at the US Botanical Garden. This exhibit is meant to inform the public about sustainable, humane ways of producing the food of the gods and how to make responsible consumer decisions when it comes to selecting chocolate.
